Overview

Easypanel is a self hosted server control panel for deploying applications and databases on your own Linux server. You can connect a GitHub repository, upload source code, provide a Docker image or paste a Compose configuration. Easypanel handles builds, deployments, environment variables, domains, TLS certificates, logs, terminal access and resource limits through a web interface.

The template catalogue covers hundreds of applications, while PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB and Redis receive dedicated service controls. This makes Easypanel practical for agencies, small software teams and independent developers running several services on one VPS.

The free plan supports three projects with unlimited services and deployments. Paid licences are charged per server and add unlimited projects, backups, notifications, multiple users, access controls and other operational features.

Easypanel is proprietary software, although it runs on infrastructure you control. The public GitHub organization contains templates, installers and supporting projects rather than the panel source code. Paid licences use external activation through Lemon Squeezy. Easypanel states that it does not receive the contents of applications or databases merely because you use the panel, but it does process account and licence information.

The panel has extensive control over Docker and every workload on the server. Use strong authentication, restrict administrative access and keep independent backups. Easypanel suits users who value a polished interface and simple deployment more than open source infrastructure.
