Mavri
Mavri is invoicing and quote software you can host yourself, with payment tracking, customer records, electronic invoice exports, Docker deployment and API integrations
Overview
Mavri lets freelancers and small businesses create invoices and quotes on their own server. You can save clients and products, convert an accepted quote into an invoice, and record partial payments as money arrives. Reports show billed, paid and outstanding amounts by month and customer.
The app runs in Docker with a SQLite database. Your business details, currencies, bank information and document records stay in that deployment. You can print invoices or save them as PDFs through your browser, and export UBL 2.1 or XRechnung XML when a customer needs an electronic invoice.
For sending and collecting, Mavri supports secure document links, email through your own SMTP server and optional Stripe Checkout. A REST API, signed webhooks and an MCP server let you connect other tools to the billing workflow. External email and payment services have their own configuration and costs.
Mavri is free under the AGPL licence, with no paid feature tiers. You handle hosting, backups and updates, and need HTTPS for remote access. Its invoice exports and tax guidance should not be treated as proof that a document meets every local requirement. The tax packs are labelled as unreviewed, and the app does not file returns or submit invoices to tax authorities.
